Tracing Relatives
Clan Relatives Seeking to Reconnect with Estranged Family Members may Leverage the Association’s Network for Assistance.
Over the years, many clansmen have lost contact with one another due to migration, changing times, and various other circumstances. Though bound by blood, communication has long faded. Upholding the spirit of “honoring our ancestors and fostering kinship” the Association hopes to make use of its extensive network and resources to help locate family members and clansmen who have been out of touch for many years.
If any member has relevant information or is willing to offer assistance, please contact the Association’s Secretariat. Let us work hand in hand to carry forward the virtues of our ancestors, reunite those long separated, and together write a new chapter in the story of our shared kinship.
According to the genealogy record 【季进公世系图(一)】, some Seah members (宗亲) from Yuepu (月浦) are currently seeking their relatives scattered in Singapore:
佘炳川、佘绍美
佘炳德、佘绍基和佘绍光
If you have any leads or information, please contact the Clan Association.

Any of you know SEAH Ek Jim, Poh Kim and Bencoolen’s SEAH family?
Seah Ek Jim and Poh Kim have migrated to Hawaii, about 25 years ago. He previously worked at the USIS at Hill Street. They have 2 sons, both very talkative. We used to visit them on some weekends. We like the garden. They stayed at the annexe out house. Seah Ek Jim’s father was an architect. He was in his late seventies when we were visiting the family then.
Poh Kim was staying at Kim Keat Road, but father agreed for her to be given off at 43 Carlisle Road, on her mother’s behalf, probably 1957.
Siao Kor is the younger sister of Lau Kor who stayed at Bencoolen Street, a direct ascendant of Seah Eu Jin. Her father carried a kris dagger, sleuthed inside his tongkat.
Peggy Tan, the grand daughter of Tan Kah Kee as staying to immediately to its right or left- most likely No 4. Keng Chin Road.
